If Gal Gadot knows anything, it’s how to respond to massive-scale catastrophe. That’s why she took a stand and airlifted a single polar bear out of the North Pole, so that it can not only survive but thrive under the LA sun.

In a post on Wednesday, Gadot beams and throws her arm around her new buddy. She captioned the photo: “The cutest polar bear in the semi-tropics! Meet Lovey Dove!” The Consensus has not been able to verify how many polar bears there are in the semi-tropics.

Regardless, Lovey Dove really does appear to be a Gal’s best friend. In her latest post this Saturday, the Wonder Woman star not only shows off her bikini body, but reveals that she has also had a polar-bear-sized bikini custom-made for Lovey Dove. And Lovey Dove himself appears to be adjusting well to LA culture. He’s gone from North Pole blubber to Malibu Beach bod. Some commenters suggested that this was due to a lack of food, a vegan-cigarette diet, and a topsy-turvy habitat, but the Fast and the Furious actress extraordinaire reassured them Lovey Dove is simply getting into exercise. He especially likes to go to the gym with her and maim several paying members at once while she lifts weights. What an adorable pair!
